You can send a course completion report to multiple people.
- Login to your SVHS account; go to one of your courses.
- At the end of the course, you'll find a section called "Course Completion": click on the form "Request a Course Completion Record" or "Request a Transcript". Please note, only one of these options will be available to you, not both.
- Use this form to send a record of credits you have earned in this course to your high school counselor or the registrar at your school.
- You can use this form multiple times; you will need to complete it for each person to whom you want to send your course record.
- For official transcripts, Silicon Valley High School uses Parchment, a trusted and widely accepted platform, to process and deliver official transcripts. This service ensures secure and timely delivery of your academic records. You can request that it be sent to your school or college. Before ordering a transcript on Parchment, first send yourself a Student Course Report. The report will show you all the information that will be reported on your transcript. All transcripts include every course you have taken with SVHS, including those currently in progress. Check that all your information is accurate, including your date of birth, your name is spelled correctly, and all your courses have been completed.
