You would send your school a transcript or a course completion record. 

• Login to your SVHS account; go to one of your courses. 
• At the end of the course, you'll find a section called "Course Completion": click on the form "Request a Course Completion Record" or "Request a Transcript". Please note, only one of these options will be available to you, not both.
• If you see the Request a Transcript link, use this form to order a transcript to be sent to your school. Silicon Valley High School uses Parchment, a trusted and widely accepted platform, to process and deliver official transcripts. This service ensures secure and timely delivery of your academic records. Before ordering a transcript, we recommend that students first choose to generate a Student Course Report to review all the information that will be reported on their transcript. The cost to send an electronic transcript from Parchment is $5.90, delivery time is 24-72 hours.
