To request a transcript, use the form on the Request Transcript page. You can have a transcript emailed or mailed to yourself, your school, or college.
Silicon Valley High School uses Parchment, a trusted and widely accepted platform, to process and deliver official transcripts. This service ensures secure and timely delivery of your academic records. Before ordering a transcript, we recommend that students first choose to generate a Student Course Report and review all the information that will be reported on their transcript.
All transcripts include every course you have taken with SVHS, including those currently in progress. Using the Student Course Report, check that all your information is accurate:
- If your date of birth is missing or wrong, use the Edit Profile link from the pull-down menu, by your name, in the top right-hand corner of your SVHS Dashboard to add or correct it.
- If your full name is incorrect, use the Ask a Question link on the Dashboard to request a correction.
- Review the course information listed on the report. If you want to drop an incomplete course or have questions, contact us using the Ask a Question link on your dashboard.
- Use the Student Course Report to show you have completed your course while you wait for Parchment to deliver your official transcript.
The Student Course Report is NOT a transcript. Only an official transcript can be used for credit transfer.
