Upon timely notice and cancellation of a course within 30 days of enrollment, you may be eligible for a pro-rata refund from SVHS, depending on how much of the course has been completed. If you have accessed less than 10% of the sections of a course, you will be eligible for a full (100%) refund. If you have accessed between 10% and 60% of the sections of a course, you will be eligible for a pro-rata refund. Once you have accessed more than 60% of the sections in a course, you are no longer eligible for a refund on that course.
