To drop a course or request a refund, log into your SVHS account, open the course, and use the "Ask the Teacher" link to submit your request. You can also request to be switched to a different course.
Refund eligibility is outlined on the SVHS policies page. If you're eligible, we'll process the refund to the credit card used for the original purchase. Once processed, it can take your financial institution 3–10 days to apply it to your account.
