We recommend educators who have students taking SVHS courses create an Educator Account from our login page. Be sure to use your name where it asks for the "Student Name", use your work email, and select "Educator" as the study option. Once that is complete, please let me know so that I may enroll you in our Educator Workshop course, which will provide you with instructions and tips on supporting your students' success with SVHS courses. 


To link the student to your Dashboard, students must add your name and email as their school contact in their own profile, allowing you to access their enrollment and academic progress information. Students should add you when they create their user account, or they can request that you be added to their profile by reaching out to us using the "Ask a Question" button on their Dashboard and selecting "Update my user profile." They will need to provide your name and correct email address. Students can use the View Profile link in their SVHS user account to check who is listed as their school contact.

After you are added to their account, use the "Add a Student" button on your Dashboard, and their name will appear in the drop-down list (if the list is long, start typing their name). Use the 'Remove' link to manage the list of students you need to monitor. Please note that students only appear in your 'Add Student' list if your email address is spelled correctly in the student's account. If a student does not list you after asking them to do so, you can use our Release of Records form 
to request that their parent or guardian authorize us to link you to their dashboard.
