How do I send my transcript to the NCAA Eligibility Center? Print

We're happy to help upload your transcript to the NCAA portal. Here's what to do:

Make sure Silicon Valley High School is listed on your NCAA account. Our NCAA school code is 851733, located in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Log in to your SVHS account and use the Request a Transcript form to generate your Student Course Report. Review it to confirm your date of birth is correct and all your courses are complete. If you need to drop an incomplete course, use the "Ask a Question" form to submit that request.
Select the NCAA option on the "Request a Transcript" page to complete your transcript request.

If you need additional help with your NCAA account, NCAA customer service is available Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm Eastern, at 1-877-262-1492. International students can use the NCAA International Contact form for account questions.
