Teachers will lock assignments when they leave feedback requiring revisions and the student resubmits without making the changes. We can't unlock your assignment over the phone.



Here's what to do:
1. Open your assignment and read your teacher's feedback.
2. Make the required edits. Highlight your changes so your teacher can easily find and review them.
3. Open your course and click Ask the Teacher (4th link in How to Take This Course section at the top of the course).
4. Note that you have read the feedback and made your edits then submit the form.
5. Our team will reply to the email address on your account within 2 days.
