Your teacher locks an assignment when they've left feedback requesting revisions and the assignment was resubmitted without those changes being made. We're not able to unlock assignments over the phone, but here's how to get it sorted:

  1. Open your assignment and review your teacher's feedback.
  2. Make the requested edits, highlighting your changes so your teacher can easily spot them.
  3. Open your course and click "Ask the Teacher" (the 4th link in the "How to Take This Course" section at the top of the course).
  4. Let your teacher know you've reviewed the feedback and made your edits, then submit the form.
  5. We'll reply to the email address on your account within 2 school days.
