Each SVHS course designed to be one semester in traditional school. Yearlong courses are broken into two courses, part 1 and part 2; for example, Spanish 1, part 1 and Spanish 1 part 2.
Each course is 5-credits, which is equivalent to 75 hours of independent study. One year (2 courses) would be 150 hours. However, the courses are self-paced and the completion timeline is dependent on the amount of time the student can study each week.
Please note: courses cannot be completed in less than 30 days from the purchase date and students have access to each course for 1 year from the purchase date.
