Yes, there is a teacher for the course. The teacher provides feedback on student assignments and can respond to student questions through our “ask the teacher” form. However, if you need more hands-on help you may want to use one of our tutors to help you with the course. You can book a tutor from here, or you can request to purchase a block of tutoring sessions by emailing help@svhs.co. Let us know how many tutoring sessions you want to buy.
Our courses are teacher-supported: We use this term because our courses are self-paced. The teachers design the courses. The teachers provide feedback on the students’ assignments. However, the students don't meet in real-time online, except for some language courses like Spanish where the teacher and student meet up for conversational Spanish.
