To access your course, please log in to the account and navigate to your dashboard or under the menu item "My Courses". 

If the course is not there, it could be that your “access” to the course has expired. Courses expire 365 days from the date of purchase. If the course is no longer on your dashboard, it will still be reported on your Transcript.

Please use the Ask a Question button on the top right corner of your Dashboard to petition for an extension if needed. All extension requests are subject to review and approval by the Head of School. If an extension is approved, an extension fee may apply.
