Students can generate a certificate of completion when they finish their course. Students can also generate a "Student Course Report" to view all the courses they have completed or are in progress. There is a link at the end of the course in the Course Completion section called “Request a Transcript.” If your course has expired, you can use the "Student Course Report" option to see the course status. 

Before ordering a transcript, we recommend you first generate the Student Course Report, which is emailed to the email address on your SVHS user account (free of charge). Check that all the details on the course report are correct, e.g., your name, date of birth, etc. Check your Spam/Junk folder if you do not see the email in your Inbox. 


A transcript will report all courses a student has been enrolled in, even if they are incomplete or expired and are not currently on your Dashboard. If a student sends a transcript before the course is completed, the transcript will note that the course is "In Progress."


Once you verify your information is correct, you can use the Request a Transcript form to order an official transcript to be sent to your school or college. This service ensures secure and timely delivery of your academic records. Delivery time for an electronic copy is 24-72 hours, and costs $5.90.
