For courses taken through the SVHS Supplemental Program, the "letter grade" you earn in the course will be shown on your official SVHS transcript.

SVHS uses the following grading scale:

  • A : 93.00% to 100.00% ;
  • A- : 90.00% to 92.99%
  • B+ : 87.00% to 89.99%
  • B : 83.00% to 86.99%
  • B- : 80.00% to 82.99%
  • C+ : 77.00% to 79.99%
  • C : 73.00% to 76.99
  • C- : 70.00% to 72.99%
  • D+ : 67.00% to 69.99%
  • D : 60.00% to 66.99%
  • F : 00.00% to 59.99%

So, if you score between 93.00% and 100.00% in a course, your transcript will show a "letter grade" of: A for that course. If you score between 90.00% to 92.99% in a course, your transcript will show a "letter grade" of: A- for that course. If you score between 87.00% to 89.99% in a course, your transcript will show a "letter grade" of: B+ for that course, and so on.

The transcript will not show the percentage scores; it will only show the "letter grade" corresponding to your final percentage score in the course after you've completed all the quizzes, assignments, unit tests and the final exam.

If you have not completed a course, it will be marked as: "In Progress" on your transcript, unless you request to drop that course.
